How to Practice

Stand straight in Tadasana.

Bend the right knee and place the right foot on the left inner thigh.

Ensure the left leg is straight and maintains balance.

Join palms in front of the chest or reach them above the head.

Focus the gaze on a steady point to maintain a balanced posture.

Practice deep, steady breathing throughout the hold.
7
Release gently and repeat on the other side.

Precautions
