How to Practice

Stand in Tadasana with feet slightly apart.

Inhale and raise arms above the head, palms facing each other.

Exhale and bend the knees, as if sitting in an imaginary chair.

Keep the thighs as parallel to the floor as possible.

Ensure the knees do not pass the toes.

Keep the chest lifted and spine long.

Wait for several breaths before returning.
