1Start on hands and knees, then place forearms on the floor, parallel to each other.
2Ensure elbows are shoulder-width apart.
3Lift the hips and walk the feet towards the elbows (Dolphin pose).
4Exhale and kick one leg up, followed by the other, to reach a vertical position.
5Keep the gaze between the forearms.
6Engage the core and legs to maintain balance.
7Lower one leg at a time to return.
