How to Practice

Start on hands and knees, then place forearms on the floor, parallel to each other.

Ensure elbows are shoulder-width apart.

Lift the hips and walk the feet towards the elbows (Dolphin pose).

Exhale and kick one leg up, followed by the other, to reach a vertical position.

Keep the gaze between the forearms.

Engage the core and legs to maintain balance.

Lower one leg at a time to return.
