How to Practice

Sit on the heels in Vajrasana.

Exhale and fold forward, resting the forehead on the floor.

Place arms by the sides, palms facing up, or reach them forward.

Ensure the chest rests on or between the thighs.

Relax the entire body and breathe naturally.

Stay for several minutes for restful recovery.
